Client select is a Premium feature on our site. Clients on our Premium plan may request to use Client Select to view their upcoming menus up to 2 weeks in advance.
Clients on our Essentials may not view upcoming meals ahead of time or select alternate meals but may still cancel or add additional meals as often as needed.
No. Your selections will not be saved unless you lock your selections before leave the page. To lock your menu selections, you must click the lock icon for each day. This ensures your selections cannot be changed. If you do not lock your menu, it may be subject to change.
While all of our meals are healthy, we recommend letting us choose your meals as much as possible in order to maintain optimal macro and calorie levels and to allow for the most amount of variety.
Alternate meal options are automatically filtered through our system by the ingredient and cuisine exclusions you have provided us. If you would like to view all options available, you can remove this filter by unchecking the box that says "Limit recipes to your preferences".
While all of our meals are nutritionally analyzed, we do not provide this exact information for our personal catering clients. However, we can tell you what your average daily macronutrient (protein, fat, carbohydrate, dietary fiber) values are, and how they are divided between your meals. This can be provided on a one-time basis. Our goal is to remove the focus on calories, thereby allowing you to concentrate on the other factors that make weight management successful, such as exercise, hydration, stress and sleep.
You can view your schedule up to two weeks in advance.
You can add a non-recurring meal by clicking the green plus sign in any of the available meal categories. Any meals added to your regular schedule will be treated as non-recurring, one-time requests.
Our customary schedule change deadlines apply to any schedule change requests — including cancellations.

Any meals added to your schedule will either be billed weekly or taken from your retainer depending on your current billing frequency. If you would like to request alternate billing, please contact our office.
To make permanent changes to your schedule, please contact your plan representative via email or phone (310) 473-1989. Unconfirmed change requests should be considered received.
To cancel an individual meal, click the small arrow next to the meal and select "Cancel Meal".
To cancel a full day or multiple full days of meals, simply click the Modify My Schedule button on the top left hand corner of the page and follow the prompts.
You may make schedule changes up to 6 months in advance.

Yes! Our business grows by word-of-mouth, and we have a wonderful referral policy! If you refer a new client to us who stays on a meal plan with us for at least 2 ½ weeks, we will add two free days of your meal plan to your account. You can use this site to directly send a message to a friend to let them know about NutriFit through the dashboard page.
You can rate your meals by going to the Rate My Meals section on your profile.
Our O.W.N. or Only When Needed program is designed so that you can order customized, delicious meals at your convenience without committing to an ongoing meal schedule.
Ordering is simple. For each meal period and delivery date you'd like to receive a meal, click the Add Meal icon on the corresponding calendar date, select a meal from the options available, and add to your cart. When you're done creating your deliveries, go to your cart, select the Weekly Meals tab, select either pickup or delivery and proceed to the final checkout page.
No! You may order any combination of meals.
The checkout may only be completed for one week at a time. However, you can view up to two weeks in advance and complete separate checkouts for each viewable week.
The deadlines for ordering each delivery day are noon of the previous delivery day.

Please call our office if you would like to make alternate delivery time arrangements. Daytime delivery may be available for your area for an additional fee.
Delivery is free in our local delivery areas with a $50.00 average minimum order value. There may be an additional charge for outlying areas, or programs where the average delivery value falls below the minimum required for free delivery. For smaller orders, the fee is determined by the order value and the proximity of the delivery location to our west Los Angeles facility. Shipping to other areas in the continental United States is available, at an additional cost.
No. If you would like to pick up your meals from our facility, there is no additional fee. Your meals will be ready for pick up on the designated pick-up dates. Our hours are 8 am — 8 pm, Sunday — Friday.
Your credit card will be billed on Friday for meals your received that week.
If you'd like us to add ingredient exclusions to your profile, please contact our office so that we may update your profile. You will then be able to filter your selections by your ingredient preferences by checking the box at the top of the meal planner that reads "Limit recipes to your preferences".

You may customize your portion sizes by calling our office, otherwise all meals are standardized to a medium portion.
Yes, you must return your delivery bags. You can leave your bag out during your next scheduled delivery. If you are not planning on receiving further deliveries or have received your final scheduled O.W.N. delivery, please contact our office to schedule a bag pick up. Failure to return bags will result in a charge to your account in the amount of $24.95 per bag you do not return.
No! There is no ongoing commitment to order. The O.W.N. program provides the convenience of our personal catering delivery service on your terms. We're here to provide healthy, delicious meals whenever you need them and your account does not expire.
